Developing your Soft Skills for Today & Tomorrow in an interconnected society
This seminar explores how to differentiate yourself in a workplace that is increasingly diverse and competitive. While employers can easily train new employees in a number of hard skills such as computer programs; it is immensely more difficult to develop soft skills. As a result, employers increasingly look for job applicants with particular soft skills. Mr. Chalifoux, who boasts 10 years of international business experience, will share the importance of developing key soft skills and an open mind in a global marketplace.
